Linux Fundamentals (LPIC-1/Comptia Linux+)

Linux Training LPI 1/Comptia Linux+ - This course cover Linux fundamentals such as usage and essential local system administration. This course prepares students to sit the LPI Level 1or Comptia Linux+ exams. It is not a requirement to sit the exam at the end of the course but it is highly recommended. The certification will provide you with the value of an internationally recognised certification and provide employers with proof of expertise!

Final Certificate Requirements: Passing Exams LPI-101 and LPI-102/ Comptia Linux+

Overview of Tasks:

To pass LPI Level 1 someone should be able to:

  • Work at the Linux command line
  • Perform easy maintenance tasks: help out users, add users to a larger system, backup & restore, shutdown & reboot 
  • Install and configure a workstation (including X) and connect it to a LAN, or a stand-alone PC via modem to the Internet.
